Wii Fit bilježi odlične prodajne rezultate u Europi i nakon gotovo 2 milijuna prodanih primjeraka u Japanu sasvim je sigurno da će iste rezultate ostvariti i u Americi gdje prodaja počinje sredinom svibnja. PC ljestvica ostaje gotovo netaknuta, a od idućeg tjedna će stalni član zbirne ljestvice postati Grand Theft Auto IV.
